Jessica Barratt is the Glimpse Skin Specialist at XanGo. In this role, she spearheads the education and training of Glimpse with Distributors, gathers case studies, and assists with research and product development. Jessica is a Master Esthetician, certified in Utah, with over ten years of clinical experience. Prior to her work with XanGo, Jessica worked with esthetic schools, spas, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and managed retail stores.

    I need to tell you how great my friend Bob’s eyes look . I put it on, above, and under almost every day. I also put it in his mouth and under his tongue.

    I love absolutely every product Glimpse has to offer, of course I do! I even wear the minerals. I’ve focused a great deal on dry applications or mixing them with peri-carp oil, however my new favorite application has been mixing the minerals with Glimpse Lotion. This is a delightful application that smooths the minerals into your skin but also moisturizes during the cold of these harsh winter months. I top it off by buffing a dry application of sheer and setting that with toner. The comment I got on Sunday was “Hey, where did your wrinkles go?”

    I’ve also used peri-carp oil medicinally. When I’ve had a sore throat or swollen glands I ingest a couple of drops and smooth some on my neck on the glands topically, the relief is instant.

    My skin has shown tremendous improvement since I’ve been using Glimpse. I suggest to anyone who wants silky smooth skin to try Glimpse. The transformation in my skin took approximately 2.5 months of consistent use.

    Hello Jessica, a very sweet friend introduced me to the Xango products and I absolutely enjoy everything I’ve tried so far. Just recently, I received the mineral treatment and brushes and have experimented once with them dry. I intend the next full makeup application to be wet.

    What I’m writing about is if there is a video or any written instructions to applying the mineral treatment to the eyes as eye shadow; and the treatment as your blusher.

    Does Xango intend to come out with specific mineral treatment in eye color and a more rosey cheek blusher?

    How about using the mineral treatment as lipcolor? I tried it, but didn’t do it with oil or lotion…and it left my lips dry and quickly wore off, of course. I’m sure using the oil and lotion would set the lip color much better.

    There are many questions I could ask; but I’m sure these are enough for the time being! LOL Everything I’ve tried so far has shown an improvement already in my skin and health – and I’ve only been using them for about a month. I am 71 years of age and was always told I didn’t look my age. WooHoo, what do you think will happen after several more months of Xango dedicated use?

    Hi Barb!
    Thanks for your feedback and questions! Unfortunately, we don’t have a specific video that shows how to use the Minerals as a blush or shadow. That’s kind of personal preference (the color doesn’t work for everybody). I have heard some really great stories from Distributors using it as a blush, eye shadow, and lip color. I think if you wanted to use it as a lip color, you would need to do it with the oil; it would definitely give it better and longer wear. I hope that we have more options in the very near future. For now, we just have to make use of what we have. :-) Aren’t the Minerals fantastic though? Keep experimenting and please feel free to ask me any questions you may have.
